One step at a time towards improved mental health.

Howlite Therapy Can Help

Finding the right ‘fit’ with a counsellor will increase the quality and outcomes of your therapy. Our counselling therapist is experienced in counselling clients from ages 16 onwards with a range of issues

  • Trauma

  • Grief

  • Mourning

  • PTSD

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • Work related stress

  • Study related stress

  • Relationship breakdowns

  • Perfectionism

  • Guilt

  • Family issues

This is not an exhaustive list, we can work together to address the issues you are facing and find lasting solutions.

How do I find out more?

During a free 30 minute consultation your counselling therapist will establish your contact details, presenting issue and availability.  You will also have the opportunity to ask your counsellor questions such as:

  • How can Howlite Therapy’s approach to counselling support my issue?

  • How many sessions will I need?

  • What is in place to protect my confidentiality?

  • How long will it take to be seen?

At your consultation both you and the counselling therapist will have an opportunity to honestly decide if you will benefit from working together.

If you decide to move forward and go ahead with counselling sessions we can book your first session. Your first session will be a chance for you to discuss with your counsellor the counselling agreement, boundaries, your presenting issues in more detail and begin to shape outcomes you may have in mind.

Please note: Sessions are currently being conducted by telephone call or Zoom meeting only.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
